How our timetable works

With so much information to convey, it may take some reading to decipher the information you're looking for, we hope this brief outline may help.

Iyengar Yoga offers a detailed and systematic approach to learning the subject of yoga.  As such, our classes are run as a course and not individual classes. This approach offers each pupil a well rounded experience of yoga and enables the practitioner to progress in their practise. If you miss a scheduled class you can generally make it up at another class before the course finishes. This is fully explained in the terms and conditions when booking, please be sure to read them.

Courses run from and too specific dates, which are listed on the timetables. When booking a course you  will chose one class to attend each week, for example you might chose; Monday 19.30 Intro Level, 6 weeks, £48. This would be your weekly class for the duration of the 6 week course.

Pre-booking a yoga course is essential and pre-payment is required to secure your place on a course.  We do not hold bookings without payment.

We offer drop in classes to students already attending a regular weekly yoga course, if they wish to take an extra yoga class and space is available. Please email to check if space is available before attending.

Our classes are suitable for beginners and a general level of experience. Please refer to our class level guide below to see which class will be most suitable for you. Of course, don't hesitate to ask if you're unsure. We have students of all ages attending our classes, it's never too late to start yoga. Classes are for adults so you must be 16 years or over to attend.
